Cuppy’s Coffee Franchise Owners Still Not Paid; New Franchises Opening

Cuppy’s Coffee franchise owners and Java Jo’z licensees who have been fighting to get their “refundable†deposits of $35,900+ continue to report that despite new owner’s assurances, they have still not been repaid. Many report no change, and that they are still being given the runaround by Cuppy’s Coffee and representative Danny Jones of Cuppy’s affiliate Elite Manufacturing. The few who have had their calls returned continue to report that they are being forced to consider only partial repayments of their deposits.
