BALLSTON SPA - The business that began in a church kitchen and developed into a service rivaling major franchises changed hands on Tuesday.

Tracy Boutelle, who opened My Other Kitchen in 2005 at the Christ Episcopal Church on High Street in Ballston Spa, sold the meal assembly service to Shannon Fagle-Fedele, a teacher in the South Glens Falls district.

Boutelle pioneered the concept of a meal assembly service in New York, being literally the first, to her knowledge, to open in the state.
